"I started facing off back In 2011. I was a sophomore on Junior Varsity at Nyack high school where I learned the basics. That summer I wanted to take my skills to the next level, so I attended Dip N Dunk Lacrosse Camp. That summer I met Coach Ardizone who helped break down my face off technique. In a matter of a days I learned how to pinch and pop, jam, clamp to re-jam, among other moves and counters. The following spring I used that knowledge along with countless hours of practice and won the starting spot on the varsity team as a junior. My time learning from Coach Ardizone helped me earn a scholarship at Dominican College, where I started four years. Currently I am an assistant coach at Dominican College.
If you want someone who is knowledgeable about the game, Ardizone is your guy. He teaches his guys how to play smart and tough. One thing that sticks out about coach Ardizone is he truly gets to know every guy he works with. I highly recommend stopping at Dip N Dunk if you want to take your game to the next level."

"Throughout my lacrosse career, I have had the opportunity to play for numerous coaches at all different levels of competition. Of all these coaches, none has a sharper lacrosse mind than Coach Rose, especially when it comes to the offensive side of the field. His attention to detail and effectiveness for coaching the offensive side of the game is second to none. Many of the plays Coach Rose taught me in high school, I would continue to use constantly throughout my coaching career. Many of my most basic fundamental lacrosse skills were learned from Coach Rose. We constantly drilled and scrimmaged in practice, and Coach Rose would always provide teaching points on how we could become better as players. He also had a tremendous knack for teaching us offensive concepts. As a coach, I credit much of my offensive philosophy to what I learned playing for Coach Rose. As a player, I could always count on Coach Rose to help me if I needed something on the field or off it. That continues to this day, almost ten year later. If there is ever something I need, or a question I may need to ask, Coach Rose is a guy I can always count on"

"When I started playing lacrosse in 5th Grade for the Orangetown Bulldogs, I was an average goaltender at best. After playing the position for a couple more years, I realized I had some potential. Once I noticed this, I started attending Dip N Dunk Lacrosse Camp. With Coach Amandola's expertise, I expedited my growth in the game of lacrosse. After my first year of college, I knew that if I wanted to continue playing at the highest level I would need top notch coaching and mentoring in the off season. So, of course, I reached out to Coach A and he continued helping me in my progression at the collegiate level. I can honestly say that if it weren't for Coach Amandola I wouldn't have been the player that I was in college at Marquette University. In all of my years playing in Middle School, High School, and even at the Collegiate level, Coach Amandola was the best goalie coach I ever had. I strongly recommend any goaltenders in the area that have any desire to learn the goalie position and play at the next level to train with Coach A!"
